A thwarted break and enter has led to a pair of arrests in Bonnechere Valley.
Killaloe OPP were called out to Lake Trout Lane at around 3:00pm back on Monday, December 12th where the crime was happening as they arrived at the scene.
41-year-old Jennifer Bridges of Warkworth has been arrested on five charges:
- Break and enter and theft (2 counts);
- Fail to comply with probation conditions (2 counts); and,
- Possession of a controlled substance
Meanwhile, 42-year-old Jeremy Richardson of Marmora was jointly charged with four counts of his own:
- Break and enter and theft, (2 counts);
- Possession of property obtained by crime under $5000; and,
- Fail to comply with release conditions.
Both remain in custody after attending a bail hearing, and the stolen property has since been returned to the rightful owners.
