A pair of teens have been charged in a mischief case in Madawaska Valley. It was back on November 18th, where officers began an investigation into an incident of theft and mischief to property. Shortly after, a 16-year-old from Killaloe Hagarty and Richards Township, and an 18-year-old from Madawaska Valley Township have been arrested and charged with two counts of theft under $5,000 and two counts of mischief under $5,000. Due to their ages, names cannot be released.
