It has a catchy ring to it- in fact it almost rhymes, ” Euchre for our Ukrainians” is the title of a fundraiser coming up September 23rd at the Arnprior Curling Club.
Spokesperson Jeff Crawford says the event is to benefit a local Ukrainian refugee mom.
Crawford hopes to see a large gathering at the club on Galvin Street that evening, starting at 6:30PM.
Cost to participate is twenty dollars, and there will be door prizes, and a silent auction also involved.
The Curling Club spokesperson says all one has to do is show up to take part, but you can email the tournament organizer to learn more.
