The RénoRégion grant campaign is back on for MRC de Pontiac, with a total of $260,000 pooled to help home-owners in the region make significant repairs.
If you have your principal residence in Pontiac and it needs at least $3,500 in repairs, you could qualify for a grant covering between 20% to 95% of the total renovation cost up to $20,000 or $25,000 depending on your income.
The grant is intended for people with low-to-moderate incomes, and some conditions do apply.
Jane Toller, the Warden for MRC de Pontiac, is encouraging home-owners who qualify to take advantage of the opportunity to improve their homes.
The full list of eligibility requirements and application forms can be found on the MRC de Pontiac’s website.
