Chief Mike Nolan says his team was called out over the lunch hour.
Nolan says bystanders had attempted to save the victim’s life, to no avail.
The Paramedic Chief sends condolences to all concerned over the tragic outcome.
Jeff Dean, a 45 years old from Fitzroy Harbor was killed.
