Temporarily shut down since July 5th, when a suspected blue-green algae bloom was detected on Muskrat Lake- now that testing has verified it, the Cobden Beach is closed until further notice.
Signage is posted to advise swimmers of the beach closure, and advisory notices are displayed at the Township Boat Launch.
