The hope is people will fondly remember That Summer Night in Downtown Renfrew later this month.
Downtown Renfrew BIA President Christina Ouelett tells myFM that many of the stores and restaurants along the downtown strip will stay open late to serve residents into the evening on July 28th.
Ouelett adds that the evening event will a perfect time to get some fresh air and experience what the downtown core has to offer.
Getting it’s start as a promotion for just two downtown stores, That Summer Night is expected to continue to build on what has become a popular shopping event for all of Raglan Street South. That includes last year’s socially-distanced version.
Stores along Raglan Street South will stay open until 9 in the evening on July 28th, and Ouelett adds that musicians will be on hand all evening at Low Square in front of Town Hall. Find out more on the Downtown Renfrew BIA’s facebook page.
