In a note sent home to parents of RCI over the weekend, the school states that police continue to investigate Thursday’s incident of what they call “copycat graffiti”.
On Thursday, it was the second time in the last ten days, and just over a week ago, two teenagers were arrested on charges of mischief and uttering threats.
