The Renfrew Victoria Hospital’s 24th annual Golf Classic is on for Friday, June 10th at the Renfrew Golf Club, and myFM will be on hand to provide live updates.
Patti Dillabough, Executive Director for the Renfrew Victoria Hospital Foundation, tells myFM she’s optimistic about the weather holding up for the day in spite a chance of showers in the forecast.
Dillabough adds that the money raised from this year’s sold out event will go towards a new important piece of equipment.
Plenty of on-course activities and an online auction will keep the 37 teams on the course entertained in between holes. Dillabough sends her thanks to everyone helping to put on the event..
myFM will be providing live updates from the RVH Golf Classic throughout the day as the event kicks off with a shotgun start Friday at 11:30am.
Proceeds from the event will go towards a new mammography machine for the hospital.
