A police investigation into concerning graffiti at a high school in Renfrew is ongoing.
Local police attended the school on Bonnechere Street earlier this week as an added safety measure after the graffiti was spotted at Renfrew Collegiate Institute (RCI).
In a message sent to parents, the Renfrew County District School Board (RCDSB) says they are not able to comment on the situation until they have further information from the OPP.
The RCDSB says school based social workers and school support counsellors will be at RCI and RCIS on Thursday (June 9th, 2022) to provide extra support to students who are struggling with their feelings.
