A tweet from the Arnprior Packers has confirmed the club’s change of ownership following a unanimous vote of approval from the Eastern Ontario Junior Hockey League Board of Governors which occurred April 30th.
Shift Performance and Wellness, operators of a 12 thousand square foot athletic facility acquired the Packer franchise from previous ownership Michael and Matthew Couvrette in the transaction.
Shift Performance CEO Mike Ho notes that Arnprior’s growth and sixty years of Packer tradition constitute a wining combination his group jumped at the chance to purchase.
