It’s worse than we thought, but not as bad as all that, they say.
It has now been confirmed that records of the Arnprior and District Family Health Team were part of last December’s data breach at Arnprior Regional Health.
On April 1st, 18 days ago, the Family Health Team was informed that some of ADFHT’s data was compromised as part of the breach- and they are now letting us know.
The Family Health Team is led to believe that personal health information was not compromised.
In accordance with the law, ADFHT will promptly notify individuals whose information may have been impacted.
They will also be given details on credit monitoring and identity theft protection, if necessary.
