The Renfrew Wolves earned their sixth with a row yesterday, taking down one of the top teams in the CCHL. After going down by two, early in the first period, Connor Garcia stopped the bleeding with his second of the season. Jakob Kalin eventually tied the game in the second period, followed by Mason Goldie adding another marker for Renfrew. Preston Brighton scored in the third period, with both Kalin and Goldie adding to their goal tally. Will Craig continued his stellar play between the pipes, making 30 saves in the win. Renfrew had five opportunities on the power play, only notching one. Renfrew is now off until Friday when they visit the Kemptville 73’s. Game time is 7:30.
