On Tuesday March 8th about 4PM, Renfrew OPP received a traffic complaint on Aberdeen Street in Renfrew. Officers attended the scene and found a motor vehicle in a snow bank. The accused, Mark Huber age 32 of Killaloe, went into a tirade and faces multiple charges including ten death threats against a peace officer, two counts of assaulting an officer, mischief, failure to comply and impaired. The accused was released on judicial order with an April 20th court date.
That same night at 11:45PM a patrol officer found a vehicle stopped on the White Lake Road on-ramp and the 417. A 34 year-old Clarence-Rockland resident was charged with impaired and Over 80 and given an April 6th court appearance.
There were also two incidents early Sunday morning. At 12:35AM a 22 year-old Renfrew driver was pulled over on Argyle Street, charged with impaired and Over 80 and assigned to the April 6th Renfrew Court docket, while at 1:10AM officers stopped a 61 year-old Arnprior man on Jack Crescent in the community and charged him with impaired and Over 80, with an April 20th court date slated.
