East Region OPP, along with members of the Renfrew Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police, are aware of the presence of former participants in the Freedom Convoy who are staying at a private residence on White Lake Road.
Indeed, Detachment Media Relations Officer Amanda Carruthers was assigned to site duty Tuesday, so it was East Region Acting Sergeant Tyler Copeland who responded to Oldies 107.7’s (myFM’s) request for information.
Copeland says police officers are monitoring the White Lake Road site, and have been talking with some of those situated there.
Police will maintain their watchful eye, but believe there is nothing untoward to report at this time.
