Environment Canada has issued a Freezing Rain Warning for the entire Ottawa Valley today, resulting in all school buses for English and French, public and catholic schools being canceled today. Weather officials say that 5 to 10 mm of ice build-up is possible by the end of the day. Branches or electrical wires could break under the weight of ice and power outages may occur.
