Indoor kayaking is a great way to start the adventure.
Nanook Expeditions and Paddling School will be teaching the fundamentals at the Nick Smith Centre community pool with sessions on Saturdays and Sundays starting this weekend (February 12th).
Kayaks and PFDs are provided as part of the 150 dollar registration fee, which covers six sessions.
