Killaloe OPP is investigating a serious collision on Mask Road.
The OPP was called out on Saturday around 8:30pm to a single vehicle collision involving on Mask Roda near Green Ridge Road.
Police say the lone driver of the passenger car lost control of the vehicle, entered the ditch and struck a tree.
The driver was ejected from the vehicle.
The 18 year old driver from Killaloe was transported to hospital by paramedics, and airlifted to an area hospital with life threatening injuries.
Police continue to investigate the cause of the crash.
Killaloe OPP is thanking those community members who came upon the collision and rendered first aid to the driver prior to emergency services attendance.
The OPP is reminding motorists of the importance of adjusting driving to the road and weather conditions, reducing speed and wearing a seatbelt.
