Snowmobilers in our area have had to be patient with Mother Nature this year, and even now conditions are not at their best, according to District 6 President Paul Kelly.
When myFM (Oldies 107.7) spoke with Kelly Thursday, he expected the trails maps would be displaying good news as soon as this weekend.
The District 6 President says snowmobile operators in our region have been playing a waiting game that we’re not accustomed to.
Kelly says there’s been a decline in permit sales this year versus last season- but 2020-21 was an unexpectedly brisk time for permit sales, given the impact of the pandemic.
