Like other eateries caught in the COVID squeeze, Calabogie’s Redneck Bistro has reverted to the takeout model of service.
General Manager Nick White says the twist is they are pitching tents to attract patrons.
White says it’s not like they haven’t faced culinary challenges in the past.
The Redneck Bistro GM says take-out is available now, and the tented patio will greet locals and out-of-towners this weekend.
