Family and Children’s Services of Renfrew County is grateful for the ongoing support shown by a group of local companies and supporters, known collectively as the “Christmas Angels.”
2021 marks the 25th Anniversary of the program, and new co-ordinator Sheila O’Brien expresses FCS gratitude.
O’Brien thanks the Renfrew-specific supporters, many of whom have been involved throughout most of its history.
FCS spokesperson Sheila O’Brien says the Christmas Angels contribute to a number of seasonal initiatives.
She says that since the pandemic began, demand has risen by a dramatic 42 percent, and this year the Christmas Angels program will be making it a better holiday for over 600 children.
