Thousands of Hydro One customers in the Ottawa Valley are in the dark this morning after another wind storm shook the region. Hydro One is reporting close to 4,000 homes and businesses have no power in the Palmer Rapids, Killaloe and Foymount areas. While another 600 are without power in Arnprior. Those customers could have the lights back on at some point this morning, however others could remain in the dark until 4pm this afternoon.
