Residential real estate sales are down compared to last year but prices are still climbing in Renfrew County.
A total of 138 units were sold last month (Oct.), a 36.1 per cent reduction from October 2020, yet it was still the third highest level for this month on record.
The average price of homes sold last month was $417,636, a 22.7 per cent increase since October 2020.
Active residential listings numbered 216 units on the market at the end of October, a sharp decrease of 11.5% from the end of October 2020.
