The Renfrew County and District Health Unit (RCDHU) says two people who tested positive for COVID-19 are currently in the hospital.
One of the local hospital patients is in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
The weekly update from the RCDHU put out Thursday afternoon (October 21st, 2021), shows the four other active cases are listed in self isolation.
Information released this week shows 87.8% of residents in Renfrew County and District have their first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine and 83.6% are fully vaccinated.
