Arnprior’s Council meeting Monday was an evening of ceremony, as elected representatives enacted four proclamations for the coming week, bestowed long service awards to six active or retired firefighters- and shared its 2021 Youth and Volunteer of the Year accolades.
Kids Laura and Jack Couper were the brother-sister team that developed comfort-driven mask extenders- while the coordinator of the Arnprior Food Bank was named Volunteer of the Year.
Pat Tait says innovation was the key to meeting community needs.
