The Renfrew Wolves are inviting the community to mark the inaugural Truth and Reconciliation Day this Thursday (Sept. 30).
The Wolves are meeting at Town Hall at 5pm and will march to the Ma-Te-Way parking lots for a smudge ceremony.
They’re asking residents to bring some hockey sticks to join them for some road hockey.
Attendees are asked to wear orange to commemorate the children who died and survived residential schools.
