The Killaloe OP has charged two stunt drivers who were going over 60 kilometers an hour over the posted speed limit.
On Friday (September 24th) around 8:40pm, members of the Killaloe OPP stopped a car on Highway 41 in Bonnechere Valley and charged a 22-year-old driver from Pickering with stunt driving for travelling 143 km/hour in a posted 80 zone.
A few hours later on the same roadway, the OPP stopped another car driven by a 24-year-old from St. Thomas travelling 147 km/hour in a posted 80 zone, 67-kilometers an hour over the posted speed limit.
Both drivers had their vehicles towed and impounded for 14-days and driver’s license suspended for 7-days.
