Valley Animal Rescue is having their 5th annual Wag ‘N Walk event at Fractured Crow Studio (982 Fraser Road) outside of Renfrew this weekend. The event will take place on Sunday, September 26th from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. One of the organizers and host of the event Reggie Armonas says they have trails to walk, a small art studio to browse and a BBQ will also be available with proceeds going to support Valley Animal Rescue.
Armonas says her husband Bill Brydges maintains the trails and adds you don’t need to bring a dog if you want to come out.
She adds the event is rain or shine and the only cost to attend is by donation or if you want to purchase something from the BBQ. A pledge form is available online here.
