Polls are coming to a close in Renfrew-Nipissing-Pembroke.
With just under half an hour left to vote in Renfrew-Nipissing-Pembroke some residents have reported waiting up to 45-minutes to cast a ballot.
Returning elections officer Robert Rantz says longer wait times were reported in Petawawa, Renfrew and Arnprior where there was multiple polling stations in one building.
He adds otherwise there was no major issues today with the election.
Rantz says there was a heavy turn out in advance voting and he expects results to roll in shortly after polls close at 9:30pm.
