The Upper Ottawa Valley OPP has seized cocaine and heroin during a traffic stop in Pembroke.
Around 3:00pm, Wednesday afternoon (September 15th, 2021), officers conducted a traffic stop of a wanted individual on Hunter Street in the City of Pembroke.
The driver was arrested on outstanding warrants from the Greater Toronto Area.
30 year-old Deandre Kadeem Davis of Brampton and 21 year-old Hannah Jardine of Keswick, Ontario, have each been charged with:
- Possession for the purpose of trafficking – cocaine
- Possession for the purpose of trafficking – heroin
- Possession of property obtained by crime over $5000
Davis was also charged with:
- Class G1 licence holder – unaccompanied by qualified driver
- Driving a motor vehicle with open container of liquor
Both accused were held for a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice in Pembroke today (September 16th).
