A 52-year-old woman from Whitewater Region is facing charges after a tip into police about a possible impaired driver. Just after 10pm last Wednesday, Police located the vehicle on Beachburg Road and part of the investigation a Roadside Screening Device was used. As a result, the driver has been charged with impaired driving by alcohol and drugs as well as dangerous operation of a motor vehicle. Her licence has been suspended for 90 days and the vehicle was also impounded for another week.
