Environment Canada’s Heat Warning continues for at least one more day. Weather officials say that temperatures could peak around 38 degrees today with the humidex, with hot and humid conditions expected to continue today and possibly into the middle of this week. Extreme heat affects everyone but young children, seniors and pregnant women are particularly vulnerable. Reduce your risk of heat illness by scheduling outdoor activity during cooler parts of the day.
