Recent stats from the Renfrew County Real Estate Board show the local housing market is cooling down.
The number of homes sold in Renfrew County totaled 160 last month (July), a stark 45 per cent decrease from the same time last year.
The figure is even 20.5 per cent below the five year average for the month of July.
However, prices have increased by 22.7 per cent from July 2020, selling at an average of over $380,000.
