Horton Council Members have awarded an Ontario Senior of the Year 2021 certificate to Township resident Carol Ann Simson in recognition of her dedication and hard work in the health care field locally. Carol Ann volunteers her time with Hospice Renfrew, Renfrew Victoria Hospital, the Dementia Society of Ottawa and Renfrew County, the Golden Age Activity Centre, and Renfrew Seniors Home Support.
