Everybody appears excited about a new Provincial announcement concerning broadband access, but Queen’s Park appears to have forgotten a local body with a proven track record.
The Government intends for the “Ontario Connects” program to provide funding directly to Internet Service Providers, who will be selected to serve different geographic areas through a series of reverse-bid auction events.
