The Pride flag was hoisted up at Renfrew Town Hall for the third time ever this week.
Founder of Renfrew Pride, Chris Kyte hopes growing acceptance of the LGBTQ community will mean people won’t have to come out of the closet someday.
And while Kyte says the LGBTQ community is still in minority, greater acceptance is causing more people to be comfortable enough to come out or explore their sexual and gender identities than ever before.
