If there’s a moral to this tale, it might be that if you want to confess to an incident involving threats, don’t drive to the detachment office with alcohol on your breath.
Killaloe OPP say that on Tuesday June 1st they launched an investigation into an incident involving threats in the Township of Killaloe, Hagarty, and Richards.
Police say that at about 10PM that night the complainant had driven to the police detachment, and as part of the investigation, a Roadside Screening Device was used, resulting in the driver undergoing further testing.
Officers have charged 62 year old Nathan GOGOLIN of the Township of Brudenell, Lyndoch and Raglan with
operating a Motor Vehicle While Having Over 80 mgs of Alcohol per 100 ml of Blood, Uttering Threats of Damage To Property; and Uttering Threats to Cause Death Or Bodily Harm.
The accused was released on conditions, and is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday, July 14th in Killaloe.Man facing
