Renfrew OPP charged two drivers with a number of alcohol-related offences in separate incidents in Arnprior last week.
On Wednesday (May 5th) just after 1AM officers responded to a tip and pulled over a vehicle driven by 22 year-old Arnprior man.
The accused has been charged with impaired driving, driving with a blood alcohol concentration over 80, driving while prohibited, driving while under suspension x 2, driving with plates not authorized, improper headlights and having open alcohol.
He was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Renfrew on June 2nd.
A collision early Saturday morning on John Street North in Arnprior sees a 37 year-old Carleton Place woman charged with impaired driving, driving with a blood alcohol concentration over 80, driving while prohibited and driving while under suspension.
Her vehicle hit two parked cars.
She was released on an undertaking to appear in court in Renfrew June 16th.
