A single vehicle crash on Lake Dore Road has resulted in charges for a Pembroke driver.
The OPP says on May 4th, 2021 around 6:30 am, an SUV left the roadway near a curve and entered the ditch, eventually coming to rest on its side.
Police say the driver was not injured, but a child passenger sustained minor injuries.
A roadside screening device was used and as a result of the investigation 26-year-old Jessica Geneva Panke of Pembroke was charged with operation while impaired by alcohol and for having a blood alcohol concentration over 80.
The accused had their driver’s licence suspended for 90 days and their vehicle towed and impounded for seven days.
