Quebec is ending emergency COVID-19 lockdown measures in some parts of the province next week.
Premier Francois Legault says the situation has improved in Quebec City and in two parts of the Outaouais region in western Quebec.
He says as of May 10th, high school students can to return to class, non-essential businesses can open and the nightly curfew will be pushed to 9:30 pm from 8:00pm.
