OPP have charged a third person in connection to debris being placed on sections of Highway 17 between Renfrew and Pembroke. Upper Ottawa Valley OPP say that 22-year-old Justin Lewis from Ottawa is now charged with three counts of mischief endangering life. He will appear in Pembroke court on May 25th.
