A Munro Drive dwelling was destroyed by fire Thursday night, and Renfrew County Paramedics evacuated a woman from the scene with what appeared to be serious injuries.
Acting Commander Kody Koepsel, who told myFM on Friday that the patient’s condition most likely required the involvement of an outside paramedic service.
The home is located in McNab-Braeside- in the Pine Grove vicinity near to the Antrim Truck Stop, and the incident is subject of a pending report from the Ontario Fire Marshal.
McNab/Braeside Fire Chief Dave Hartwick told Inside Ottawa Valley.ca that 26 firefighters responded from the Township’s three stations.
Arnprior assisted with four firefighters and a tanker.
