The Renfrew County and District Health Unit is reporting a rise in COVID-19 hospitalizations and intensive care unit admissions.
On Monday (April 19th, 2021), the RCDHU reported seven people were in the hospital including three in the intensive care unit.
The detailed case summary released at the end of last week showed five residents in Renfrew County and District were in the hospital including two in the intensive care unit.
The RCDHU is not reporting any new COVID-19 infections today (April 20th, 2021).
With 524 confirmed cases, 489 considered resolved and four deaths, that leaves 31 active cases spread out across Renfrew County and District.
