The Renfrew County and District Health Unit (RCDHU) is reporting another ten COVID-19 infections today.
There was an additional seven cases reported on Easter Sunday for 17 cases in the last two days.
The RCDHU says 20 cases have screened positive for a COVID-19 variant of concern, up three from the last detailed case summary released on Thursday (April 1st, 2021).
Four local residents are in the hospital including three in the intensive care unit (ICU).
With 455 confirmed cases in Renfrew County and District, 423 considered resolved and four deaths, that leaves 28 active cases.
Active COVID-19 cases are spread out across Admaston/Bromley, Arnprior, Horton, Laurentian Hills, Laurentian Valley, Madawaska Valley, McNab/Braeside, Pembroke, Petawawa and Renfrew.
