The Town of Arnprior is reminding residents to remain vigilant during the Provincewide Shutdown.
With the new restrictions in place, Town Hall will be open, by appointment only, and is closed today for the Easter holidays.
The Nick Smith Centre and Arnprior and District Museum are closed to the public during the shutdown and the landfill will remain open.
The Town of Arnprior Council and staff are working closely with the Renfrew County Health Unit and community partners to monitor the COVID-19 situation and respond appropriately.
The new COVID-19 variants are faster spreading, more harmful, effect younger people and have a higher risk of recipients ending up in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or passing away.
