Easter may be about to go the way of Thanksgiving and Christmas for families in some parts of the country.
The premiers of Ontario and Quebec are expected to announce tighter restrictions and urge families not to get together as COVID-19 infections soar in both provinces.
And it’s not just infections — Ontario has just set a record for the number of people in intensive care units at 421.
Quebec Premier Francois Legault is set to make an announcement this afternoon, and Ontario Premier Doug Ford is urging people to stay home, saying he will make his announcement tomorrow.
