A local woman couldn’t be more thrilled to be receiving her first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine this weekend. Diana Wakely has her vaccine appointment on Saturday and says she’s looking forward to better times.
When asked if she had any concerns about the reported side effects of the vaccine, Diana says not at all. She says she has had heart surgery and other health problems in the past so she understands the importance of getting vaccinated.
Wakley notes that once she logged online to book an appointment, the process was very easy.
