The Renfrew County and District Health Unit (RCDHU) is reporting another 12 COVID-19 infections over the weekend.
The updated information today (March 8th, 2021), shows two new cases, but dating back to Friday (March 5th, 2021), there’s been 12 additional cases reported.
The RCDHU is also reporting another 13 people have recovered after testing positive for the virus.
With 371 total cases reported by the local health unit, 340 considered resolved and two deaths, that leaves 29 active cases spread out across Renfrew County and District.
The last detailed update from the RCDHU showed two local residents were in the hospital with one of them in the intensive care unit.
