A winter storm sweeping across much of Ontario has brought a freezing rain warning to the Ottawa Valley. Environment Canada says freezing rain will develop late this evening and continue into Friday morning. However, places along the Ottawa River, such as Pembroke, Petawawa and selected areas around Arnprior, are not expected to be impacted by freezing rain as much as higher terrain areas. Local power outages may be possible due to ice build up. Stay with us for the latest updates.
