November was a record month for home sales in Renfrew County.
According to the Renfrew County Real Estate Board the average price of homes sold last month (November 2020) was $323,654.
A new sales record was set for the month of November with 142 units selling.
While more homes are selling in our area at record prices, there’s also a shortage of properties available.
Active residential listings at the end of November were down over 60% from 2019 marking one of the lowest levels on record in recent history.
